Manama, December 27 (BNA) The National Anti-Smoking Committee held its fourth meeting for the year 2021.
The Minister of Health, Faeq bint Saeed Al-Saleh, assigned the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health, Dr. Maryam Al-Hajri, to chair the session, which was held remotely via video conferencing.
Dr. Al-Hajri congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the National Day and the New Year.
She also expressed her greetings and good wishes to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the Majesty of the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women.
The virtual session approved the minutes of the previous meeting and the implementation of the committee’s decisions and recommendations.
