Mladenovic and Dodig win mixed doubles title at Australian Open

Melbourne, Jan. 28 (BNA): Kristina Mladenovic and Ivan Dodig won their first joint Grand Slam title at the Australian Open on Friday.

The Franco-Croatian duo defeated Australian wildcard pair Jimmy Forlis and Jason Kobler 6-3, 6-4 at Melbourne Park. Mladenovic and Dodig were the number five seeded ones.

In Saturday’s men’s doubles, Nick Kyrgios and Thanasy Kokinakis are set to face Matthew Ebden and Max Purcell in a special final for Australia.
