Manama, January 24 (BNA): The Ministry of Education held a workshop to outline its strategic development vision.
The workshop, which coincided with the World Education Day, focused on the main issues and challenges facing the education sector and identified future ambitions in light of global trends.
The meeting was attended by members of the Undersecretary Committee headed by the Director General of Schools Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Mubarak bin Ahmed, the Undersecretary for Policies, Strategies and Performance, assistant undersecretaries, consultants and principals.
The workshop highlighted the efforts made by the Strategic Planning Department to implement a road map for the education sector in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
