Manama, October 16 (BNA) The Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dina, confirmed that the OPEC + decision to reduce oil production by two million barrels per day in November comes after a consensus. among all member states of the alliance. He pointed out that the decision came after specialized technical studies related to the developments of the global oil market.
