Manama, October 17 (BNA) The Middle East Mentorship Forum (MFME) today announced the main topics and agenda for the second session of the forum, which will be held on November 11.

The forum was held under the theme “Prioritizing Mentorship in a New World”, unveiling the highlights of the upcoming gathering in an event and workshop in the presence of CEOs and mentoring experts from various sectors supporting the development of the event who will appear as panelists, speakers and attendees.

This year’s event will cover the following topics: Mentoring and Addressing Talent Development Gaps in the Hybrid Workplace, Mentoring for Councils, Cross Mentoring and Leveraging Diverse Talent Pools, Technology Focused Mentoring, Mentoring for Entrepreneurs and SMEs, and Accelerated Mentoring.

As part of the activities that preceded the forum, a communication session was held with the participation of a group of HR managers and executives in several sectors to discuss how to enhance communication tools between entrepreneurs and executive departments in organizations to help accelerate career development.
