• With the Brand Manager, plan the marketing activities for the following year and quarter and submit them to management for approval.
• Implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Supporting retail marketing objectives through web development, advertising, promotion, direct mail, branding, CRM, public relations, social media and e-marketing.
• Analyze and distribute information on markets, products, services, competition and customers for management use and business development.
• Provide and maintain effective communication with Brand Managers, Retail Team, Host Brand and Mall Manager.
• Support all managers with daily marketing requirements.
• Evaluate, select and manage external agencies and suppliers in order. Printing, design, public relations, direct mail, website purchasing, media and interactive marketing.
• Management and development of the company’s websites and social networking sites.
• Ensure that marketing materials are prepared, reviewed and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Follow up on production of marketing materials including flyers, posters, flyers and shopping bags, which may include writing, proofreading and liaison with designers and suppliers.
• Develops promotional opportunities and ideas from concept to delivery.
• Supports the company’s overall marketing objectives both externally and internally.
• Maintain annual marketing calendar and deadlines for marketing campaigns.
• Effective communication and coordination between brands and suppliers for the delivery of marketing materials.
• Perform a comprehensive review of the marketing materials within each account.
• Generate ideas for new ways to present marketing materials such as fabric and color names.
• Create files and maintain a proper record of marketing campaigns, advertisements, correspondence, press releases, magazines, etc.
• Manage general marketing and tasks as directed by managers and brand managers.

• At least 5 years’ experience in related fields.
• College degree.
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative, eager to come up with new ideas
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently while promoting a strong team atmosphere.
• Time management and organization skills
• A valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates
