Assist in the development and dissemination of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives at the property level. Handling media visits and inquiries, site tours, supervising photography and photo-shooting activity in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager. Implement and participate in promotional and marketing efforts. Support the development and maintenance of all hotel guarantees, communications, partnerships, and joint marketing to promote the hotel in a unique and diverse role.

What will you do:
You will manage marketing and communications activities to benefit from the results directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Assist in the creation of all marketing materials (guest and in-house i.e. menus, room flyers, etc.) and manage production of all staff, hotel, sales, branding and logo items, ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.
– Participation in trade fairs, conferences and promotional events
Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are informed of the marketing/communication goals and initiatives.
Assist in the creation and management of hotel social media accounts and respond to guest comments and opinions.

Your experience and skills include:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field preferred.
Technically proficient in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Previous work experience in managing marketing, communications, corporate lobbying and activities within the marketing department. Very responsible and reliable
– Excellent in writing, editing and oral communication skills in English.
– It is advisable to know the market for luxury luxury products.
