Charterhouse is currently supporting one of our Bahraini clients to locate a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Manager. This position will inherit a local team, reporting to the Director of Financial Control, while managing a team of executives.
This role should be geared towards the operational management of revenue assurance and fraud coverage while being instrumental in developing policies and frameworks and providing advice and dissemination within the department. This will include the implementation of scorecards and KPIs, to track and monitor across these disciplines, within the overall context of the financial control function. This role should also play an important interface, in communication and management of business relationships, internal data flows and financial information covering the areas of legal, compliance and internal audit along with any external regulatory requirements and/or reporting based on governance and due diligence.
Concurrently, this role will also play a vital role in overseeing the areas of collection and billing cycles; To ensure optimal revenue targets while evaluating any compliance verification policy; They are KYC and CDD.
The client will be looking to hire a finance and/or accounting professional with a technical skill set that includes accounting policies, IFRS-based standards and financial planning along with discretion and detailed insight into risk management, cash flow analysis, and audit-based disciplines. The client will also look to identify a candidate who is able to influence both internal and external stakeholder management and reporting lines; To ensure strong leadership and operations planning capabilities and any succession planning. Concurrently, the client will also consider a candidate with a demonstrable track record within the project and change management flows; To ensure appreciation and alignment with policy change and process implementation.
Finally, to meet the needs and scope of the business; The client will be looking to select a candidate coming from an international, multinational or regional company.
