About the client:
A well-known F&B group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisine is now expanding to hire in its head office a Maintenance Manager F & B
Job Role:
? Contribute to the creation and implementation of the best maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to help improve operational performance
? Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and report impact on maintenance activities
? Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved in every shift and small projects to appropriate skills in the team, effective business planning and management
? Commitment to daily and weekly checks to ensure the smooth running of the branches
? Establish a Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure that full preventive maintenance is performed, plan missed maintenance activities, and lead the team for effective delivery
? Open to Asian or Arab Nationals
? Male, 45 years and under
? Diploma or certificate in a culinary discipline
? At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position in a restaurant or hotel
? Priority will be given to immediate entrants
