What will you do:
Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, primary job responsibilities and functions include but not limited to:
– Food preparation, cooking, lamination and presentation
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, taking into account food safety requirements
– Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Your experience and skills include:
Creative and passionate about food and customer service
– Able to work in a high pressure environment
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
Pastry diplomas/certificates required if required.
Your team and work environment:
Banyan Tree will operate and expand the luxury Ashar camp, embracing the region’s Arab heritage to seamlessly blend with the stunning landscapes of Wadi Ashar and stand at the heart of the planned “living museum” experience in AlUla.
