• Basic knowledge of computers and information technology (Microsoft Office packages)
• Basic level of applied engineering mathematics
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings/drawings
• A good mindset for continuous improvement
• Able to work under the direction and guidance of senior positions
• Good problem solving skills
• Willingness to share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members
