Milan, October 31 (BNA) Inter Milan announced on Monday that Romelu Lukaku suffered another hamstring injury, a major concern for Belgium before the World Cup.
Lukaku’s latest injury was revealed after medical checks and Inter said the striker “will be re-evaluated in a few days”. The World Cup will begin in less than three weeks, according to the Associated Press.
Lukaku, the Belgian striker’s first choice, has just returned after two months out with a hamstring injury. He came off the bench against Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League on Wednesday and Sampdoria in Serie A on Saturday.
