– Connects and gives appreciation to all VIPs and First Class guests to make them feel special
Reacts with warmth and openness while guests remain fully present
– Monitors service levels throughout the terminal
Directs the housekeeping team and food and beverage supervision teams as necessary
Standards checks are conducted throughout the hall
Delivers prayer briefings before service that inspires commitment
Lead by example, is a powerful model for interpersonal performance standards
– Gives feedback to the lounge team to encourage superior performance
Eligible:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality and Hotel Management, or Travel and Tourism Management
Must have experience leading large teams with financial and management responsibilities
Should have excellent communication skills in English and oral and written presentation technique.
– Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, MS Office, Excel)
