What will you do:

– Consistently provide professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
– Be available to guests at all times as a point of contact
Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide personalized service and attention to all guests, with a special focus on VIPs
– Escort guests if necessary to the executive floor.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services, providing information and responding to guest inquiries
– Deal with any inquiry quickly, efficiently and with pleasure
– Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and boost hotel sales at every opportunity
– Walking handles in counter hold at all times
Provide friendly and courteous service to the guest and promptly respond to all requests and inquiries at all times.
Resolve guest complaints/requests and liaise with the concerned department to ensure immediate follow-up.
Handle the issuance of guest room key cards if required and ensure effective control of guest security.
– Report any unusual incidents or request to the manager.
Be aware of hotel accident prevention policies.
Ensure the cleanliness of the front office area.
– Ensures reception of all guests upon arrival and departure of the hotel.
– Review log book, check pending and follow up pending. Determine if there is any special task for the day
– Check hotel status, occupancy, jobs, groups and VIPs

Your experience and skills include:

Have at least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
Has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Has the ability to communicate effectively with the team and present it consistently.
– Fluency in English is mandatory.
