We work with a wide range of customers who provide technical support for Linux products, and will be involved in supporting our customers’ IT infrastructure for configuration inquiries and a break/fix scenario.

Your role and responsibilities

We work with a wide range of customers who provide technical support for Linux products, and will be involved in supporting our customers’ IT infrastructure for configuration inquiries and a break/fix scenario.

requirements

Language: Must be fluent in English
Strong knowledge of different Linux distributions
– Strong Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer management techniques
– Strong troubleshooting skills
3-5 years experience in support field

Technical and professional experience required

Preferred technical and professional experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
– RHCSA / RHCE certification
