Responsibilities include:
• Development of legal policies and internal positions
• Advising for decision making on complex issues
• Recommend legal position on specific business matters
• Drafting a set of related commercial and financial agreements
• Provide support, advice and guidance on responsibilities, legal limitations and risks of proposed transactions
• Negotiation of medium to high value agreements
• Identify potential responsibilities and legal risks
• Drafting, reviewing and amending a variety of agreements, including specialized agreements in particular
salary:
26000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.
• In order to be shortlisted for this role you will need to have a bilingual or a native bilingual level of English along with a common law qualification.
• You are ideally looking for someone who has a lawyer background and is able to work with your initiative.
Basic criteria:
• Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor of Laws
• Experience – 5 PQE
• License to practice law (preferably in a common law jurisdiction)
