• This role will support the L&D team with administrative and coordination duties and assigned projects.

Responsibilities:
• Leading collaboration with local systems
• Provide support in preparing materials and coordination for local training courses and new hiring guidance, to both the BST and Consulting team, incl. Manage our internal learning management system
• Collect and consolidate training feedback, for both BST and the advisory team, as well as KPIs
• Scheduling orientation training sessions within the orientation of new employees
• Manage the registration process for regional and global training courses
• Preparing visa application documents related to attending training
• Prepare training history slides for CD revision (BA, JA, A, C, PL)
• Identifying opportunities for job improvement and communicating regularly with the L&D Manager and the rest of the team
• You have strong communication skills and have experience working with many dispersed stakeholders of different seniority
• You have sound analytical skills, the ability to navigate details and a willingness to look at data in different ways.
• You have a passion for developing people and individuals with a high degree of integrity, tact, positive behavior and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
• You are independent and able to tolerate ambiguity and are self-motivated. You have strong start-up skills and like to “get things done”
• You love working with virtual teams, being ambiguous and have the ability to multitask on different projects in tight time frames
• Feel comfortable working in detail and understand the big picture

• Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years work experience.
• Very strong verbal communication skills. Fluency in English
• Advanced computer skills. Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Comfortable in using data-based systems and running reports
• Organizational skills: the ability to effectively deal with competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving ability
• Strong service orientation and response to requests
