To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, in accordance with Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi’s standards of performance; To carry out any reasonable duties and minor duties as assigned by the Laundry Manager; To respond to any changes in the function of the laundry department as dictated by the hotel; have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the services and products related to the rooms; To ensure that the workplace and surrounding area are kept clean and orderly at all times; To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage; To handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution is found and ensure follow up with guests.
Ideally with a relevant professional diploma or certificate in hospitality or tourism management. At least two years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills is a must.

On December 31, 2004, all hospitality assets owned by the Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated into a single entity, now the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
