Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA): Minister of Labor Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan met with Singaporean Minister of State for Manpower and Chief Minister of State for Defense Zaki bin Muhammad, who is visiting the Kingdom to participate in the conference. The eighteenth session of the Manama Dialogue Forum.
They discussed joint cooperation in developing human resources and reviewed experiences in the two friendly countries with regard to developing national labor legislation to protect workers’ rights and provide a safe work environment.
The Minister of Labor praised Singapore’s experience in developing human resources, stressing the importance of upgrading training policies and keeping abreast of developments in the labor market.
Zaki praised the development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain, stressing its pioneering experience in reforming and developing the labor market and human resources.
