Manama, February 28 (BNA): The Minister of Labor and Social Development, Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, received the British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Roderick Drummond.
The two sides reviewed means of cooperation and exchange of expertise and experiences in order to enhance practices in support of human rights.
They discussed the mechanisms of the ministry in protecting children’s rights, as the ministry is concerned with child protection and follows up on physical and psychological abuse, neglect and sexual abuse.
Humaidan praised the level of historical relations between the two kingdoms and the cooperation and development they are witnessing in various fields.
