Kuwait National Assembly Speaker hails Bahrain’s achievements

Kuwait, January 7 (BNA) Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim praised the developmental achievements made by the Kingdom of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He praised Bahrain’s steps and diplomacy, which, according to him, contributed to strengthening the Kingdom’s position in Arab, regional and international forums, strengthening its relations and its role in supporting Arab action, and maintaining regional security and stability.

Al-Ghanim described Bahrain as a role model in political, economic and social progress, praising its achievements over the past years in the era of prosperity for His Majesty the King.

This came during a meeting with the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel Al-Assoumi, on the sidelines of his current visit to the State of Kuwait.

The two sides discussed the most important Arab issues and ways to unify positions in international parliamentary forums to enhance cooperation.
