Amman, June 9 (BNA) King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center signed an agreement with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation to treat cancer patients from Syrian refugees in Jordan (the second phase) with a total value of 1.33 million dollars. .
The agreement was signed by the Assistant General Supervisor of Operations and Programs at the King Salman Center for Relief, Business and Programs, Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, and the Director of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, Nisreen Qatamesh, at the headquarters of the Saudi Embassy in Amman.
The distinguished strategic partnership between the King Salman Relief Center and the King Hussein Cancer Foundation began in 2018 and played a pivotal role in saving the lives of cancer patients, as the support provided contributed to the treatment of many Syrian and Yemeni refugee patients.
The agreement comes within the framework of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center’s efforts to treat the increasing number of Syrian refugees with cancer who cannot afford treatment costs.
