KSrelief distributes food baskets in Yemen, Pakistan

Marib, August 4 (BNA) The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 95 tons and 551 kilograms of food baskets to needy families in the Yemeni governorate of Ma’rib, benefiting 5,358 people.


The move, within the 2022 Food Security Support Project implemented by the King Salman Relief Center in Yemen, aims to distribute more than 192,000 food baskets weighing more than 20,000 tons to needy and affected families in 15 Yemeni governorates.

The King Salman Relief Center also continued distributing food baskets in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province in Pakistan.

Up to 1,137 food baskets weighing 108 tons were distributed to needy people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province in Pakistan, benefiting 7,959 people.

It was part of a project to support food security and alleviate the suffering of the needy.
