Beirut, October 4 (BNA) The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 675 food baskets in the Arsal area in Lebanon to 3,375 needy people.


The King Salman Relief Center also concluded the voluntary medical program to combat blindness and related diseases in the town of Nawabganj in Bangladesh within the “Noor Saudi” volunteer program.


The volunteer medical team at the King Salman Center for Relief and Development examined 4,610 cases, displayed 1,616 glasses and performed 519 cataract surgeries.


This is part of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center project to support food security for Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Lebanon and to provide medical treatment to people with limited income.
