Manama, February 14 (BNA): The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa received today the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Minister of State for South and Central Asia, the United Nations and the Commonwealth of Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth and Development (FCDO), Lord Ahmed of Wimbledon, In the presence of the British Ambassador to Bahrain, Roddy Drummond.
The Minister highlighted the Kingdom’s experience in the field of justice, especially with regard to restorative justice for children and protecting them from abuse.
The two sides also discussed areas of cooperation between the two friendly countries in developing the judicial system.
