* Procurement of products necessary for the company’s daily operations.
* Review pricing and quality to ensure optimum stock levels. Look for potential sellers.
* Negotiate contract terms, agreement and pricing.
* Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
* Track incoming stock, delivery arrival time, and note the actual arrival time. Handle shipping documents.
* Handling customs clearance and coordinating with customs clearance agents.
* Follow up with the operations team to locate the shipment delivery location.
* Follow-up with the clearance agent after receiving the notification of the arrival of the external shipment until its exit from the port.

* Graduated in a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in purchasing and logistics.
* Good knowledge in customs clearance.
* Good knowledge of local market trends
*You must have a valid Qatari driving license.
* You must have good communication skills in English.
* Preference will be given to locally available candidates with transferable visa.
