Amman, April 13 (BNA): Jordan welcomed the agreements concluded between Bahrain and Qatar to restore diplomatic relations between them.
The Jordan News Agency (Petra) quoted the official spokesman for the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ambassador Sinan Majali, as saying, “The return of diplomatic relations between the two countries is a major achievement that will enhance Gulf and Arab solidarity and the ability to face common challenges.”
The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates stressed the importance of the agreement reached during the second meeting of the Bahraini-Qatari follow-up committee held at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh, in strengthening cooperation and solidarity between Arab countries and serving common Arab interests.
