Main duties:
Ensure that all users are provided with the necessary support during their daily activities to boost productivity
– Respond to guest and colleagues inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure user satisfaction
Maintaining all hotel data according to company security standards
Monitor the performance of networks, servers, workstations, and peripherals and report any malfunctions to the IT Manager to ensure that high performance standards are maintained
Keeping abreast of IT knowledge and trends to enable continuous improvement of services provided to users
Ensure that standards are maintained and well communicated to colleagues to maximize efficiency
Create user accounts and allocate necessary access to enable users to access appropriate folders and locations
Ensure that all requests submitted to the IT department are recorded in the prescribed manner to ensure accurate records are maintained and recurring topics are analyzed

qualifications
Basic
– Diploma in Information Technology
Attending the MCSE track or the CCNA track
desirable
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
– MCSE or CCNA certificate

At least one year of experience in an environment requiring hands-on use of technical skills or in a networked company

Experience working in the Middle East
Must have worked with an IT company or hotel

– At least one year experience in server hardware and software
Good knowledge of RAID.
