The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IT team in managing IT and computer systems, controlling and evaluating IT operations and electronic data for the project, in collaboration with the Head of Shared Services – IT and Corporate Services teams
Main responsibilities and activities

• Provide IT support for shared services in selecting/rolling out key IT initiatives across the project
• Support the IT function of shared services by:
• Identify critical digital strategies to help advance project business objectives
• Monitoring the efficiency of IT systems, including performance management systems, IT reports, etc.
• Develop a long-term strategy for vendor planning and relationship
• Develop a framework for managing the IT program
• Implement a comprehensive financial MIS system, designing processes to provide appropriate/critical information and reports at the right time to the Head of Shared Services
• Manage application and upgrade configurations. and conduct appropriate tests and software performance
• Ensure the provision of continuous IT support to the Sandala function, particularly in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT governance and security
• Collaborate with the Head of Shared Services to implement policies, procedures and regulations
• Work closely with NEOM services to develop the required outputs efficiently and effectively to achieve project goals and objectives
• Contribute to meeting the needs and requirements of the human capital of the IT department

Provide support to the Head of IT within the framework of shared services and act as a link from the operating companies to the IT team

• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to support and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a principled approach to understanding problems and an approach to making decisions through data analytics and data science
• Strong team player with ability to support and interact with multiple partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in the IT field
