What will you do:
Reporting to the IT Manager, the primary job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
– Install and configure software and hardware? including printers? network cards and so on
Develop protocols for using IT across departments and projects
Support or train personnel responsible for systems and networks and advise on the most appropriate IT options
– Facilitate interaction between end users and higher support level
Monitor system and network performance and organize maintenance activities (eg backups)
– Organizing troubleshooting? Repairs and data recovery
Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
Work with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Your experience and skills include:
Experience working as an IT Coordinator or any other related position
Deep experience in network administration and help desk support
Good practical experience in managing IT systems and applications? Troubleshoot and fix problems
Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination capabilities with keen attention to detail
– BA or BA in Information Technology or Computer Science; Additional certification (CompTIA Network +? CompTIA Security + etc.) will be a bonus
