WSP is looking for an IT Application Developer for a project in Jeddah to work with the client’s IT department.
Your new role, what is your role?
* Manage the system and perform the required configuration.
* Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
* Develop and implement the Job Role Mapping (JRM) document for the system
* Ensure the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
* Prepare RBP accounts
* Monitor performance and maintain systems as per requirements
* Troubleshoot problems and power outages
* Ensure security through access and backup controls
* Upgrade systems with new versions and models
* Develop expertise to train employees on new technologies
* Provide technical support upon request.
* Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
* Document any processes employees need to follow in order to operate successfully
* Research and recommend new approaches to system improvement
* Support for major users and L3 support
* Make all required changes according to business needs

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology/Networking
* 10 years experience
