Role
Responsibilities:
* Produce reports using Oracle OTBI and Business Intelligence Publisher
* Collaborate with both internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues in Oracle Reports in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
* Actively collaborate with different ERP career paths (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Projects) to review and prioritize the reports required for implementation
* Establish reporting standards and procedures
Supporting internal and external audit reporting requirements
* Training end users (including new recruits) on the basics of building reports
* Work with Oracle on any SR reports you need to raise and escalate as needed
* Maintain appropriate documentation on gathering requirements (templates, technical and technical specifications, test scripts)
* Participation and support of business users in the report of test cycles
* Support reports activity for Oracle Cloud Quarterly Updates and Activity Update. Identify end-user challenges through self-service options for the report and production of supporting documents, such as FAQ
* Work with end users on problem reporting and implementation of best practices
* Define and present metrics and dashboards that provide purposeful and actionable insights
* Work to present a new report catalog on the structures in the cloud
* Assist with data problems, find solutions and ensure root causes are identified
* Analyze all available existing catalog options before initiating / approving new reports
* Keep abreast of market developments and proactively suggest any best practices

Competencies:
*Minimum 2-3 years of work in an enterprise-wide professional IT organization
* Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Oracle Fusion Extracts, OTBI Reports and BI Publisher
* Experience working in a data warehouse and/or data integration project and software.
* Experience in converting raw data into usable and visible information
* Strong knowledge of Oracle’s Cloud ERP ready reports
* General IT skills, and relevant experience to manage and deliver IT support.
* Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships, especially with geographically dispersed teams.
* Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and logical approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
