Interior Ministry’s Human Resources Directorate receives Gulf Excellence Award for 2022

Manama, February 16 (BNA) The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Human Resources Department, won the Gulf Award for Excellence in Human Resources Development for the year 2022.

The Minister of Labor and Social Development Jamil Humaidan handed the award to the Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs Major General Dr. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa during the opening of the Seventh Gulf Forum for Human Resources Development, which he hosted. Bahrain from 16 to 17 February.

The Assistant Chairman of the Board of Directors attributed the achievement to the directives and support of the Minister of Interior, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to strengthen administrative work to improve the competencies and services of all directorates. He said that the achievement was a motivation to continue achieving the goals of the Ministry of Interior and adopting the latest developments.

The award reflects the winner’s outstanding performance in human resource development, including innovative practices.
