Manama, June 12 (BNA) The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Sheikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for honoring the service centers. Including NPRA service centers in Muharraq and Isa Town, in the gold category in the Government Service Centers Assessment Program (Testimony 3).
He stressed that this achievement came under the directives of the Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to continue developing government services to achieve the satisfaction of citizens and residents.
The Undersecretary praised the role of the teams in the service centers and their dedication to work, especially during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, which made them a model of success.
Sheikh Hisham indicated that this achievement reflects the team’s efforts in developing communication with customers and providing services.
