Manama, September 29 (BNA) The Minister of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received today the employees of the Ministry of Interior who obtained doctoral and master’s degrees.
The Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al-Hassan, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior and the Inspector General attended.
The associates handed over to the minister copies of their theses covering security and administrative issues. He congratulated them, expressing his thanks and appreciation for their efforts and dedication in enhancing their scientific knowledge.
The Minister of Interior expressed his pride in the contents of research that would contribute to providing advanced security services, enhancing performance and meeting future aspirations for development and modernization in all sectors of the ministry.
He highlighted the keenness to enhance scientific research on the basis of international standards and apply specialized research and studies to develop curricula and security policies to deal with challenges positively, wishing them the best in serving the country.
The meeting was also attended by the Director General of Media and Security Culture and the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources.
