Manama, September 30 (BNA) Interior Minister Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today a team from the Jewish Institute for American National Security (JINSA), led by John Hannah.
The head of public security, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al-Hassan, attended.
The Minister of Interior welcomed the visit team, which comes within the framework of interaction and exchange of views.
He stressed that Bahrain continues its civilized approach to coexistence and the promotion of a culture of peace, as part of the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Minister of Interior praised the strong relations and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States to enhance regional security and international peace.
He stressed the importance of cooperation, coordination and exchange of experiences in the security field and facing regional and international challenges.
During the meeting, bilateral relations and issues of common interest were reviewed.
