Manama, April 30 (BNA): The Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, sent a cable of congratulations to Lieutenant General. His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Adviser, Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council, and Commander of the Royal Guard, for their promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General.
His Excellency the Interior Minister extended his sincere congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on the royal trust in His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
The minister said that this promotion comes in appreciation of His Highness Sheikh Nasser’s outstanding achievements and contributions in all military, humanitarian and sports fields.
