Define interface points (IP) and stakeholders (customer, subcontractors, authorities, neighbours)
Create a communication channel for IP stakeholders
Project interface planning and management schedule
Ensure all IP related specs/sketches are available and up to date
Organizing interface coordination meetings
Planning and liaising with CMT to mobilize adequate resources at Interface Points
Ensure availability of No Objection Certificates and Work Permit for interface points
Closing a file for interface points
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
15 years of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years must be in interface management with concurrent projects, operations, regulators and facility providers for EPIC projects preferably in Qatar.
This should be an assigned position in the contractor organization.
Ability to communicate in both English and Arabic.
