Manama, June 6 (BNA): The Director General of Reform and Rehabilitation affirmed that all measures have been taken to provide the necessary facilities to enable inmates registered in the various educational stages to take their final exams, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
The Directorate General said that it has removed all barriers to facilitating registration and providing textbooks, within the framework of the commitment to guarantee the right to education for all inmates, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In this regard, the Ministry of Education said that, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, inmates registered for a high school certificate are treated like other students, as they were provided with digital textbooks and enabled to take their exams normally, like their counterparts in schools.
