Role and Responsibility:
We are looking for a skilled IT Manager who will be responsible for supervising Alasala’s networks and software, as well as supervising all IT related devices and systems, monitoring network infrastructure and solving various system issues, and must be on the lookout for data protection solutions and systems to ensure the reliability of college security systems He is also charged with developing plans and mechanisms for networking and information security, and contributing to achieving the department’s goals by supervising and following up on all operational work in the department. Operational plan. Determining organizational goals, planning, organizing and following up the implementation of information technology management plans in accordance with the regulations and instructions originally in force, as well as providing all support services to the various academic and administrative units in accordance with the approved legal procedures, in a way that ensures and helps those units perform their tasks and increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

It is also entrusted with the responsibility of following up on all decisions and recommendations until the task or work is closed on time, and this is submitted to the General Supervisor of Financial and Administrative Affairs to take the necessary measures.

Tasks and duties:
* Supervising the operation of systems and applications, and developing the colleges’ website on a regular basis.
* Supervising and maintaining technical equipment, ensuring that all protection measures are applied and maintaining its continuity of operation;
* Supervising the networks within Al-Asala and ensuring that all information protection procedures are in place, and providing all necessary settings to ensure that the colleges network operates efficiently and quickly.
* Supervising the provision of operating systems and applications necessary for faculties to carry out their academic and administrative work.
* Supervising the provision of technical support to the college staff in accordance with the policies of the Technology Department.
* Supervising the provision of technical advice to the colleges administration in relation to any projects related to computerizing the work in the colleges or developing the infrastructure of the internal wired and wireless computer network or the colleges’ e-learning systems.
* Raising the technical competence of the employees of the Information Technology Department and holding training courses to raise the efficiency of the faculty’s employees with regard to the use of computers in the completion of work.
* Keeping abreast of technical development in the field of systems and equipment and submitting proposals to the General Supervisor of Financial and Administrative Affairs.

* Provide all support for systems and applications through follow-up reports by the general supervisor of development and quality.
* Completion of activities related to institutional accreditation standards in relation to its work through follow-up reports from the General Supervisor of Development and Quality.

requirements:
* Proven experience in the IT field.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
* A master’s degree in one of the specializations in Information Technology, especially (MIS) is an added advantage.
* Strong ethics and reliability.
* Good knowledge of strategic planning.
* Good knowledge of public relations building methods.
* Knowledge of organization and performance control.
* Proficiency in the use of systems and applications in the field of work.
* Experience in statistical data collection and analysis procedures.
* Experience in dealing with suppliers and contractors.
