Manama, November 4 (BNA) Minister of Information Ramadan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi visited the media center that was set up to cover the historic official visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to Bahrain at the invitation of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Pope’s visit is a great opportunity to highlight the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty, to promote noble human values and mutual respect among all people as a means to achieve rapprochement between religions and cultures and support peace and stability around the world. Minister said.
He pointed to the unique position of His Holiness the Pope as a religious symbol who is universally respected and appreciated thanks to his distinguished efforts to spread peace, love and coexistence among nations and peoples.
Al-Nuaimi stressed the ministry’s keenness, in coordination with the National Contact Center, to provide all facilities and necessary preparations to assist in international coverage of the visit and activities of His Holiness the Pope and the Bahrain Dialogue Forum.
