Manama, July 28 (BNA) The Minister of Information Affairs, Dr. Ramadan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, received the Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League and Head of the Arab Affairs and National Security Sector Ambassador Khalil Ibrahim Al-Thawadi.
The minister praised the ambassador’s efforts in the media and diplomatic field and his long experience in the field of joint Arab action, in addition to his distinguished contributions in the journalistic and literary career.
The meeting discussed ways to develop the media sector, and reviewed aspects of cooperation between the Ministry, the Ministry of Information Affairs and the League of Arab States, especially in the media field.
The ambassador praised the minister’s interest in developing the Bahraini media sector.
He presented the minister with a copy of his book “We Meet on Love and Prosperity”, which includes a series of his various articles that were published in Al-Ayyam newspaper.
