Information Minister participates in International Government Communication Forum in Sharjah

Sharjah, September 27 (BNA) Minister of Information Affairs Ali bin Muhammad Al-Rumaihi participated in the tenth session of the International Forum for Government Communication, hosted by the Emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, under the slogan “Lessons of the past, aspirations of the future.”

Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Board of Directors Chairman of the King Faisal Foundation for Research and Islamic Studies Center, His Royal Highness Prince Turki Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Secretary of the League of Arab States – The main session was attended by Major General Ahmed Abu Al-Ghait, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf, and officials, academics and media professionals, under the title “The Effectiveness of Communication Messages…Disciplinary Cooperation Including Behavioral Sciences and Data Analytics”.

In his speech to the session, Al-Rumaihi stressed the importance of understanding the trends of social media audience, and adopting more openness to these media in producing more effective messages to address society and new generations.

The minister stressed the importance of the responsible use of social media, adding that these networks, thanks to their ability to quickly transmit messages to the target audience, have become an important weapon in spreading awareness and responding to misleading media information in the face of various challenges.

Al-Rumaihi also highlighted Bahrain’s pioneering experience in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, stressing that the Bahrain team, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, succeeded in achieving a distinguished success story. which has been widely appreciated globally.

About 80 communication experts from 11 Arab and foreign countries are participating in the activities of the 31st Forum of the Forum.

    Itts very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maye you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
    Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or ttwo images.
    Maybe you could space itt out better?

  3. Heya just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images
    aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think
    its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and
    both show the same outcome.
