Manama, March 20 (BNA) Minister of Information Affairs Ali bin Muhammad Al-Rumaihi congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the success of the Formula 1 Bahrain Gulf Air 2022 Grand Prix in its new edition.
Al-Rumaihi also extended his congratulations on this occasion to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He said: “Bahrain’s success in organizing Formula 1 races, which represents a global testament to its excellence and creativity in hosting major global events.”
He praised the Kingdom’s pioneering role in spreading the culture of motorsports in the Middle East, since the launch of the Bahrain International Circuit thanks to the vision of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in 2004.
The minister said that Bahrain’s successes in hosting Formula 1 races are a source of pride in the wise vision of His Majesty the King in consolidating security and stability and establishing a modern and integrated infrastructure.
He noted that this successful event reflects the growing international confidence in the team. Bahrain, under the leadership of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the concerted national efforts of creative youth cadres to honor the Kingdom in all international forums.
