Industry Minister praises Bahraini, US relations

Manama, April 18 (BNA): Minister of Industry and Trade, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, received US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Stephen Bondy.

The minister affirmed keenness to strengthen the Bahraini-American relations and partnership to serve the interests of the two countries.

The meeting reviewed the efforts of the Kingdom of Bahrain in developing cooperation through the free trade agreement, which contributed to raising the rates of trade exchange.

Fakhro affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is making unremitting efforts to strengthen and enhance economic relations at the global level.

He referred to the role of the private sector in the two countries in maximizing the benefits provided by bilateral agreements and expanding cooperation in all fields.
