Geneva, November 25 (BNA) Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani received the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Rebecca Greenspan.
The meeting reviewed the most important policies adopted by the Bahrain government to limit the effects of the epidemic on the economy.
The Minister praised the role of UNCTAD in working to integrate developing countries into the global economy, and its role in solving many issues related to the economies of many countries during the pandemic period.
Al-Zayani affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to contribute to achieving the common goal of sustainable development for all countries.
