Manama, Dec. 24 (BNA): Minister of Industry and Trade Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro affirmed his keenness to continue ensuring the flow of commercial activity in the Kingdom, especially through field visits that provide an opportunity to get to know the merchants. ‘ Notes.
It also highlighted the importance of traditional markets at the local level and the GCC countries, as they receive constant attention from the government thanks to their historical and economic value.
The minister’s remarks came during an inspection visit to the Muharraq market, in the presence of Governor Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al-Mannai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry Iman Ahmed Al-Dosari, and businessman Fouad Hassan Shuwaiter. The minister was briefed on the general situation in the Muharraq market, including the smooth supply of products and commodities, in addition to the availability of all kinds of commodities, products and services at reasonable prices.
He also looked at the extent to which merchants and consumers benefit from commercial offers and discounts during the festive season in the Kingdom.
