What will you do:

Reviews the work of the F&B department and Day Audit to ensure the accuracy of information as reported.
Properly allocates revenue and functions to appropriate ledger accounts.
Reviews and verifies the accuracy of revenue reported to accounts receivable by balancing accounts to appropriate ledgers. This is done on a daily and monthly basis.
– Correct reviews and codes to post and report all charges.
– Helps close books at the end of the month.
Preparing any daily, weekly or monthly reports that the management may request from time to time.
He must have very good arithmetic ability.
Full knowledge of computer processing system and ability to perform these operations manually if required.
– The ability to prepare and analyze data, numbers and copies that were prepared and generated by the computer.
Knowledge of math skills in computer accounting software as well as budget analysis capabilities required.
– Control of discounts and refunds on credit card.
Ensure that commission is processed in a timely manner for all T/A.
– Performing any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Be familiar with operational procedures.
Participate in periodic meetings and briefings as scheduled.
Understand and abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention systems.
Participate in any scheduled training and development programs that improve personal or managerial standards.
Report duty on time by wearing the correct uniform and name crest.
Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
Has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Has the ability to communicate effectively with the team and present it consistently.
