As a Business Development Consultant on the CORE (Conversation RE ady) team at Oracle, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects as they look to engage with Oracle via internal phone, chats and email.

you will:

Drive future growth for Oracles by building relationships with potential customers and Oracle customers across the SMB and enterprise markets.
Be responsible for uncovering viable opportunities with real business potential primarily from incoming calls, chats, emails and demos.
Qualify clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Oracle solutions will enable their business to grow, be more efficient, and be more secure.

Responsibilities:

Manage leads received from email, phone and direct sales chat within the EMEA region.
Identifying new business opportunities to showcase Oracle products to potential customers and prospects.
Qualify potential clients interested in learning more about Oracle solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. Analysis of customer needs in terms of current work obstacles.
Align with account managers to further advance turnkey business opportunities to ensure smooth delivery to the client.
Create qualified businesses that lead to the achievement of a quarterly quota, and consistently meet or exceed the target.
Ensure that conversion rate is achieved across all incoming channels monthly and quarterly.
Master Selling and Social Communication Skills Actively use a variety of tools including social media, internet, web-based and phone-based tools to interact with customers and prospects.
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and referral opportunities.
Achieve a high level of collaboration within the Core Inbound team, and with key stakeholders in sales and marketing.

Skills/Experience Required

The business development consultant will be a core member of the in-house core business development team and the ideal candidate will be:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in two European languages ​​(one is English).
Passion for achieving measurable results.
A sharp focus on goals and a clear approach to achieving them.
