What will you do:
– Consistently provide professional, friendly and attractive service
– Assisting guests with menu items in a useful and informative manner
Full knowledge of all menu items, garnish, contents and preparation methods
– Full knowledge of all drink menus
– Answer guest calls and direct the order taking process, selling whenever possible
Effectively communicate guest needs with servers, cooking team and leadership team
Timely closing of checks
Communicate proactively with front offices, sales teams and culinary teams to coordinate all amenities for VIP guests
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
– Follow up on the daily side work assigned to the employees
– Expedite the distribution and delivery of in-room dining orders according to our standards
Maintain departmental required supplies properly stocked and organized
Follows hotel dress code and grooming standards

Your experience and skills include:
– Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
